|
We are representing many overseas
companies for import and export of various commodities From
China , Korea, Iran, Taiwan Etc.
|
1) Nylon 6 Yarn / Nylon 66
Yarn - Industrial & Tire Grade [
Check Specifications ]
Nylon 6 & 66 Yarn used for producing nylon tire
cord fabric.
Nylon Yarn is also a basic raw material for producing
ropes, seatbelts, nets, etc. etc.
2) Nylon Tire Cord Fabric
[
Check Specifications ]
Nylon Tire Cord Fabrics are the optimum reinforcing
materials for bias ply tires such as truck, bus and
off-the-road tires.

3) EP & NN
Ducks for Conveyor Belts [
Check Specifications ]
The means to make modern
transport system safe, scientific and more economical
has been an area of considerable study, and the modern
conveyor system has been adopted as a result for convey
quantities of things safely and easily with high efficiency
over a sharply sloped distance.
The conveyor belt used
in such applications should be highly durable, while
still required to be light weight and thin. In the
past, cotton and rayon yarns were used as reinforcing
fibers for conveyor belts, but the conveyor design
was restricted by the low strength of these belting
ducks. The manufacture of high strength conveyor belt
was made possible through the use of high-tenacity
nylon and polyester yarn.
NN Belting ducks sufficiently
satisfy all characteristics required for the conveyor
belt, improving the problem of high elongation of
nylon by heat treatment.
EP belting ducks have
been developed for use in conveyor belts for customers
who require high modulus or thermal resistance in
particular. |

4) Polyester Filament
Yarn [
Check Specifications ]
Polyester Filament Yarn is used
in manufacturing of polyester tire cord fabric and seat
belts, hoses, Polyester Cable Cord etc. |

POLYESTER FILAMENT YARN |
5) Polyester Tire Cord Fabric
[ Check
Specifications ]
Since the debut of pneumatic tires, the reinforcing fibers
used have continued to change in response to the required
performance characteristics of tires.
With the shift of social concerns in recent
years that emphasize the safety of tires, reduced fuel consumption,
low pollution, and high performance, the prominent structure
of tires has changed from the conventional bias tire structure
to the radial tire.
Recently developed high modulus low shrinkage
(HMLS) polyester tire cords, which have remarkably low hysteresis
loss, superior fatigue resistance, and higher chemical and
thermal stability, improve the uniformity and sidewall appearance
of radial tires.
HMLS tire cord has gained the reputation
as a preferred reinforcing material for the carcass of high
performance tires.
6) Polyester
Cable Cord [
Check Specifications ]
V-Belt reinforcing
fibers should be high in strength with low elongation
maintained against the load, and have high fatigue
resistance capable of withstanding repeated extensions.
With changes trending
to small-size, high-speed operation, reinforcing fibers
with high durability for the conditions of flexing
and compression are required.
The polyester reinforcing
fibers maintained high strength and are capable of
meeting all the conditions required of the V- Belt,
such as high modulus and high thermal resistance.
|

POLYESTER CABLE CORD |
Apart from the above, we are also
handling the following products :-
A) Conveyor Belts
B) Caprolactum
C) Jute Bags
D) Hot Stamping Foils
E) Non-Woven Fabric PP Spunbonded / Spunlace / Hydrophylic
Heat Sealable - Sanitary Napkin / Incontinent pads/ Baby
Diapers,
Adult Diapers, Disposable Gowns
/ Coveralls
F) 100% Human Hair Product Human Hair products are used
in manufacturing wigs, highly suaitable for human hair extension,
hair
pieces, men toupees and also human
hair is the basic raw material for producing amino acid.
G) Agricultural commodities – Wheat, Rice, Onions,
garlic, grains, pulses
